Drop Protection & Refill
What happens if followers decrease after delivery
Refill Guarantee
If your follower count drops below the delivered amount after a completed order, we will refill the difference at no extra cost.
Conditions for Refill Eligibility
- Order must have been fully delivered
- Follower count must have dropped below the ordered amount
- Account must still be public
- Request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery completion
- Refill requests caused by Instagram account changes or policy violations are not covered

Prices & VAT
Prices shown on the order page are final and inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT/TVA) based on your country. European customers will see VAT already included in the displayed price.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Whop. We never store your card details. Your payment is confirmed automatically via webhook before order processing begins.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this service, refunds are generally not available once delivery has started. However, if your order was not delivered within 48 hours of payment, please contact support for a resolution.
